At Al-Muhsināt, we strive to give the best experience, whether from our courses, events or even browsing our website. Alhamdulillah, we have updated our website with a cleaner look and better functionality.
There are a lot of features on the website which we hope you start to use as you get to know us. We will highlight some of them in this post to give you a clearer vision of what we’ve been up to.
There is a lot of pink and purple! We have altered the colours to create a better link with our logo and organisation name. It’s easier on the eyes hopefully!
To make the website experience more personal, we have updated the blog so there are subjects that interest you, our students. We also encourage you to get in touch if you have a writing piece you would like to share. In the future, we will collaborate with our Instructor guests with links to their projects. It is our little community.
There are many ways you can now contact us. The traditional way, by using our contact form, which you can find in the header of each page you visit i.e. ‘Contact Us’. These will go directly to our email address.
We have now added a help desk/support system for quick replies. Here, you can ask questions about our courses, or ones you have already enrolled on, you can report any errors found on the website and ask general questions. It is quicker to get a reply here as we can assign questions to the relevant team member (Instructors and Admin) to help get your query resolved quicker.
Personal Questions – We have a dedicated email system for asking personal questions and advice. Some of our Instructors have a counselling background. Your confidentiality is our priority and your questions will not be shared out.
We have a new jobs section where we will advertise vacancies in any of our departments. Don’t worry, if there is nothing available, you can still upload your CV so we know about you and can consider you for any upcoming positions. You can also volunteer at any time. Whether it be our events, courses, posters for our events or admin tasks, get in touch if you are interested.
Our courses are held at a physical location but we will be uploading course content to our website. We will also post assignments for courses and exams, all online. You will get a certificate upon completion. It is worth registering on our website if you are our student. We have a Forum dedicated for students, to share notes, ask questions about the course and more. These links will be provided upon registration.
You can now purchase our courses online and pay by bank transfer, paypal or select to pay in cash when you attend the course. There is an admin fee for using online payment methods which will show at the checkout stage. Early bird registration discounts are available online but are limited.
