Course Contents

In this 5-hour short course we invite you to embark upon a journey of self recognition. By identifying your physical, mental, and spiritual needs, it is hoped one can begin improving their wellbeing and relationship with Allah. Holistic health course instructors will help you learn and develop a range of practical tools and exercises to achieve this.

The harmony of the body, mind, and spirit is important. Imbalances in ones spiritual, physical or mental health can compromise ones ability to fully live a life in which one is trying to fulfill the Islamic purpose of life. This module will offer advise on food, physical health, and spiritual development. In the modern world of fast foods and shortcuts students will study how to live a more holistic, balanced and meaningful life.

Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this course, students will study the following:

  • Diet and Holistic Nutrition
  • Eating Habits
  • Purification of the Heart (Blameworthy Traits and Praiseworthy Traits)
  • Physical Exercises
  • Breathing Techniques
  • Dhikr & Du’a
  • Stress Release
  • Phobias & Addictions
  • Extra Session on Wellbeing Before , During & After Pregnancy
  • Menstruation and Menopause and much more…
